Residential Services

Computer Nerds tries to offer the best services. We offer all non-contracted services to our residential customers. If possible Computer Nerds welcomes to opprotunity to preform the repairs on-site!

Services we offer at your house:

• Network Setup
• Printer Setup
• Troubleshooting (beyond that done on the phone.)
• PC Repair
• VCR Clock setting (yup! we have done this in the past)

Services we do not offer at your house but, would be glad to do in the shop:

• Virus removal
• Spyware removal
• Data Backup
• Data Recovery
• Custom PC assembly
• Printer repair

Services we do not offer:

• Window washing (Wrong type of Windows... sorry.)
• Equipment rental
• Meal preperation (We can burn ICE... seriously.)
• Homework help

Whenever possible Computer Nerds will do a job on-site. Some jobs however require that the PC be brought into our shop for service. Virus removal for instance could be preformed anywhere, however we have found that our customers are happier with the end result when this is done in the shop.
