Can you solve this???

Lol, very strange problem, and I've searched, asked, and posted everywhere but with no avail.

Anyways, basically, I used to have a monitoring program on my computer called KidsWatch. It would log me off my computer at a predetermined time, or after a predetermined amount of time had gone by.

Long story short, this program has since been UNINSTALLED, and there appear to be no traces of it on my computer.

However, now, rather than being logged off at the usual time, I simply lose internet. This is very very odd, because I certainly do not have the program any more, and this is a serious problem, and I have no idea how to fix it.

I would like to solve this without wiping my computer, if possible.

That is interesting... sounds like it got in your net connection.

Check for scheduled tasks... there should be none, maybe 1 for your antivirus... disable anything weird that is for that time.

Reset your tcpip:
from a command prompt type the following:

netsh int ip reset c:/resetlog.txt

once this is done restart the pc.

Let me know what you find.
